The Studio restaurant and art gallery offers its patrons both fine cuisine and fine art. Chef/ Owner Paul Colella prepares innovative cuisine influenced by the cuisines of Asia, the Mediterranean, France, New Orleans and the American Southwest. Artist/Owner Lunonia Colella uses several media for her art. Her works, including oils, sculpture, pastels and photography, and the work of other artists, adorn the walls of The Studio for patrons to enjoy as they dine. Dinner is complemented by the ambiance of candlelight, and accompanied by the music of Armand DeMille, guitarist/vocalist. Most evenings, Lunonia Colella or another artist will be working on their latest creations at their easels. Reservations are recommended.

Cafe St. Tropez

European-trained Chef Emmanuel and Frederique, the owners of Cafe’ St. Tropez, have realized their long-held dream of coming to America. Culinary school graduate Chef Emmanuel has cooked in some of the best kitchens in Europe, including Michelin One Star La Mirabelle in Nancy and Michelin Two Star Le Relais Chateau Lorraine Alsace, close to Baccarat, the city of crystal. They also have owned their restaurant on the beach close to St. Tropez for 12 years. Chef Emmanuel takes great pleasure in introducing French provencale cuisine to the Island. Frederique, who orchestrates matters in the dining room, greets guests with a smile! Cafe’ St. Cafe uses only the “freshest and highest quality ingredients” in its state-of-the art kitchen for in-house preparation of everything that is served, including all breads, pastries, appetizers, entrees and desserts. Even the ice cream is made on the premises! The wine list at Cafe’ St. Cafe, which features wines from California and France, is extensive. The wine list at La Normandie, which features wines from California and France, is extensive.

Charlie's L'Etoile Verte

Charlie’s is the only restaurant on the island that writes its entire menu daily based on the freshest local seafood available. Our epicurean dinner menu offers an array of 14 fresh fish, Rack of Lamb, Filet Mignon, and many other delights. We offer an extensive wine list that specializes in California Cab’s, Oregon Pinot Noir, Rhone Valley, and Bordeaux. For more than 25 years, we at Charlie’s L’étoile Verte have had the pleasure of serving Hilton Head Island locals and returning visitors.
